Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sodzyrino handles information when you use the Sodzyrino desktop chat client.
Information the app accesses
When you connect a supported service such as Google/YouTube, Twitch, Kick, or Discord, Sodzyrino may access your account identity, channel or server information, chat messages, and other data required to provide the feature you selected. The app requests only the permissions needed for those features.
Google and YouTube data
If you connect YouTube, Sodzyrino uses Google OAuth to authenticate your account and access YouTube features you choose to use. Sodzyrino's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Account credentials and OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device using operating-system credential storage where available. Sodzyrino does not operate a server that collects or stores your chat history or Google user data. Local settings remain until you remove them, disconnect the account, or uninstall and delete the application's data.
Sharing and advertising
Sodzyrino does not sell personal information, use connected-account data for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Data is sent to the connected service only as needed to perform an action you request.
Your choices
- Disconnect an account inside Sodzyrino to remove its local authorization.
- Revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions.
- Delete Sodzyrino's local application data to remove saved settings and credentials.
Third-party services
Twitch, Kick, Discord, Google, and YouTube process information under their own privacy policies. Sodzyrino is not responsible for those services.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the app changes. The effective date above will be revised when that happens. For privacy questions or deletion help, contact the project through Sodzyrino support or the Codeberg repository.
