Terms of Service

These terms apply when you download or use Sodzyrino. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use Sodzyrino as a desktop client for supported chat platforms. You are responsible for your account, messages, moderation actions, and compliance with the rules and terms of every connected platform.

Connected services

Sodzyrino is an independent project and is not endorsed by Google, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, 7TV, FFZ, or Chatterino. Those services may change, limit, or discontinue their APIs and features. Their own terms and privacy policies continue to apply to your use of their services.

Prohibited use

You may not use Sodzyrino to break the law, evade platform enforcement, harass others, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with a service or another user.

Availability and updates

Sodzyrino is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed, and updates may be required for continued compatibility with connected services.

No warranty

To the maximum extent allowed by law, no guarantee is made that Sodzyrino will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every account, device, stream, or third-party service. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Account access

You can disconnect a connected account from Sodzyrino and revoke Google access from your Google Account's third-party connections page.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Sodzyrino changes. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms.
